3. User Accounts

To use certain features of MATCHNA, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Booking and Payments

When you make a booking through MATCHNA:

• All prices are displayed in Algerian Dinar (DZD)
• Payment terms are set by individual venue owners
• Cancellation policies vary by venue
• MATCHNA is not responsible for disputes between users and venue owners

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

6. For Venue Owners

If you list a venue on MATCHNA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your venue
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Maintain safe and clean facilities
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MATCHNA, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MATCHNA or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MATCHNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Algiers.
